Operation&maintenance points of hydraulic breaker-Greasing

The right way of greasing

Hydraulic breaker must be upright against the tool, to ensure that grease will penetrate between tool and inner bush. Note: Apply grease to grease nipple on front head every 3 hours.

2.The dangers of wrong greasing

(1) Grease attached to the piston, then into the cylinder and mixed with hydraulic oil, resulting in "black oil".

(2) Insufficient greasing may cause abnormal wear of front cover and tool, and tool breakage.
